- The dog is in training and needs to stay focused.
It is a great idea to use it as a tool and to teach children to respect the meaning of the yellow ribbon. It will also help them understand that dogs are not playthings, they have feelings, and in some cases responsibilities.
Yellow Dogs Are Not A Duty To Warn
Anyone who owns a dog is subject to strict liability if the dog bites.
