John focuses primarily on a variety of personal injury, employment, and commercial litigation matters on behalf of individuals and companies, including matters relating to products liability, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, insurance bad faith, construction law, sexual assault, and class actions. He is also regularly involved in litigating recreational vehicle warranty and consumer claims, both in court and administrative settings. John served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Smith Henley, Senior Circuit Judge, United States District Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. In addition to having handled a wide variety of matters at the trial level, John has briefed and argued multiple appeals before courts of appeal in Texas, Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas (1994), Texas (1996), and Oklahoma (2013), is admitted to practice in each of the four federal judicial districts in Texas and Arkansas, before the Western District of Oklahoma, and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
